What is your writing process like?
I'm writing short stories and poems... It is relaxing for me, for my soul
How do you come up with ideas for stories and characters?
From my life, my family...from life generally
What do the words “writer’s block” mean to you?
It can mean that you want to write something but you can't find the right words, your brain blocks you, and the paper remains blank...or someone on social networks blocks you for any reason
How do you process and deal with negative book reviews?
I ignore that sometimes, but also it can help me to write better
What is the most challenging part of your writing process?
When I participate in a competition and receive a prize and recognition...when a competent person confirms that my writing is valid, that it is really good
How long have you been writing, or when did you start?
In 2015 I have written first my book in digital form through the online publisher Kindle Direct Publishing... In 2021 I swam into the waters of poetry and for me and my soul at this age, it's real relaxation
What advice would you give writers working on their first book?
Never give up on your dreams, be persistent and strong enough, if necessary out of spite, but go towards your goal! The title of my first book is ''Out of Spite''...
How do you develop your plot and characters?
I follow other writers and poets, I am a member of many associations and groups of writers and poets around the world... I read a lot
How many books have you written, and which is your favorite?
I have written many books of poetry and prose, but my favorite is the last - ''EMOTION GALLERY: Galerija Emocija'', a poetry book, published this year in the English-Bosnian language.
What part of the book did you have the hardest time writing?
The beginning ...and when I need to choose the title of the book.
What inspired the idea for your book?
Life, love, people....me
What was your hardest scene to write, and why?
When I wrote a poem about my mother who died a long time ago and I miss her so much. Especially when I wrote poems dedicated to my youngest grandson who was born with heart problems and already had several surgery operations ... All those poems and some more, I wrote with tears
What do you need in your writing space to help you stay focused?
Solitude, silence, and...tears

When was the last time you Googled yourself and what did you find?
Two or three months...many positive reactions to my previous, professional works, and these now, which I am writing for pleasure, in retirement
