To own a house and home I couldn't afford working for someone else.

Perfect your salesmanship skills.

Morphing into the advanced stage.

One shot service to annual service.

Personalized service.

How did you market your business when it was brand new?

Cold Calls.

What is the hardest part of being an entrepreneur?

All the burden is always on you.

All the rewards are yours.

Unrelenting Drive and a Optimistic Outlook.

Experiences, good and bad make the person.

Honesty

Saved every dime and built a side business before quiting my job.

Do you have any advice about setting up a business in terms of legal/accounting?

No

Should I get an LLC before starting a business?

No, but insurance for liability is important.

How do you plan financially for your business’s future?

Save and denie yourself luxuries in the begining and in the end scale down and streamline.

Have you ever taken out a business loan? Would you recommend it?

Yes, Yes, in the begining; as you advance the less you need money or don't want to be in debt, the better the terms become and the banks afre at your feet.

Teddy Roosevelt

How do you define success?

No Bank holds any of my homes.

What makes a good leader?

Perseverance and Empathy.

At what point did you look at your business and consider it a success?

Becoming debt free.

What would you change about your business journey if you could go back?

Raise my prices earlier.
