Once the public finds my company offering no home insurance tornado proof quonset hut homes and portable tornado proof garden sheds and a couple of huge hurricanes within 5 years I would predict at some point a wise person will want to buy this company
How does your business look different now vs. when you first started?
Post Hurricane Andrew ONLY portable concrete domes were being built. Today instead of concrete DRD Enterprises inc of Davie found metal quonset huts. Never in history has a metal quonset hut been damaged by a wind event! NO building method can tornado proof footprint of a home in a week! what builders do not want the public to know about.
How do you set your business apart from others in your industry?
ONLY tornado proof portable storage Class A shed in America certified by Miami Dade County Florida the most stringent codes in America and the Department of Defense as a bunker / storm shelter

Convincing Earthlings that change can be good and that greed prevents change at times

Now have over 30 vacant lots in Florida and will, once down payment is received, will engineer build and finance tornado proof homes on each lot at 5%. Estimation to build 3/2 1,800 sq ft home $145,000 sell $250,000 plus 5% and X 20 homes?

At what point did you look at your business and consider it a success?
When within six weeks of delivery of the first of many safedomes from the Davie, Florida plant went to West Palm Beach Florida to the Burton Family. then the eye of Hurricane Wilma went down their street. Interview with Channel 5 Palm Beach Florida the Rory Burton said if not for the sound of metal flying he and his Mom would not have known there was a hurricane. Winds of Hurricane Wilma were estimated to be a constant 145 mph! There are now 4 more safedomes in their neighborhood. AND certainly when Miami Dade County bought a unit for their aviation personnel this really elevated the creditability of safedomes as well as the purchase by the Department of Defense Fort Sill, OK.
What would you change about your business journey if you could go back?
Once the Governor of Florida and six other Florida officials violated my civil rights perhaps I should have spent thousands of more dollars exposing these violators of the Conspiracy Act of 1968 declaring my company guilty yet cannot produce any evidence! Demand for evidence Federal Court Broward County dismissed Attorney General Bondi uses the tactic corporations cannot file a civil rights complaint so as to deny showing evidence that DRD Enterprises inc of Davie committed ANY violations to Florida farm laws. This to protect DeSoto County from prosecution denying a Florida certified aquafarm from development. ONLY the Florida Department of Agriculture has authority over farms and aquafarms and farm buildings! Stephen Hall counsel for the Florida Department of Agriculture indicates that tornado proof sheds are not farm buildings being built on the recently bought farm, an attempt to conceal the truth. This business endeavor set my business back 10 years of growth and nearly financially ruined my company. Learned that justice in America is who you know and how much money you have.
